Office Purchasing

SMBs and possibly some departments of large companies could track office purchasing via an online tool.

Coupa's Web-based software to allow employees to see online what they have permissions to buy and to make requests for other purchases. It also gives controllers screens so that they can do their job online rather than on spreadsheets.

The company's CEO Dave Stephens is a grizzled Oracle vet who says he spent nearly a decade building Oracle's procurement applications and with Coupa is looking to offer Oracle level functionality to smaller companies.
