Fuel Tax Refund

Truckers have paper and electronic fuel tax recording and reporting. For small users, such as owners of LLCs that don't have vehicles registered commercial, can they file for fuel tax refund?

If so, create a very cheap ($10/year) to allow for recording of fuel tax and submission of reports.
