Bezos Expeditions has bought out PA-based Expense Management startup ExpenseWatch for an undisclosed amount.
Expensewatch.com was founded in 2000 and released its first version of its expense control service in 2003. The company is run by an experienced management team with a Board of Directors that offers exceptional complimentary skills. Currently more than 10,000 people in 16 countries use the expensewatch.com system. With headquarters in Conshohocken, Pa., the company is privately held. Representative of the growing market acceptance of on-demand solutions by small-to-midsized companies, expensewatch.com achieved 300-400% year-over-year growth in 2006 for the third year.
