PSTN to Skype Gateway

Service to allow people to use their phone to dial in to a phone number service that will turn on their skype account for them and allow them to IM and call their buddy list, even if the buddies are only on a computer without a phone number.

PSTN --gateway--> skype buddies

Gateway access would need to be previously configured and for ease of use have authentication.

The market is people who use skype who have a cell phone that is not a smartphone. Probably a small market that is shrinking. Could also be used for cheaper "skype out" international calling from a cell phone.
