Insert ads into the TV stream for Directv on Jetblue and other airlines.
Sell ads before the flight leaves. If the ads were shown to that seat, bill the ad purchaser.

Dish Autohop to insert ads
Dish TV has Autohop service to skip commercials.
Allow for free or cheaper Dish service with inserted commercials that are sold by Dish. By knowing physical location and household demographics and type of show, they can sell ads almost as specifically targeted as Google Adwords.
