To avoid getting investments that would require investor to be a "qualified investor", make each investor an part owner.  According to this chart, a C corp allows for: unlimited owners, foreign owners, corporate owners, may issue stock (S corp may also do this).  LLC may do all of these except issue shares of stock, and LLC does not need an annual meeting.
C corps may have multiple classes of stock.
S corp limited to 75 shareholders.
LLC owners can distribute profits as they see fit.

Like the old motel keys that said "drop in any mailbox, return postage paid", Ace has a "return my keys" program.

Ace provides a keychain tag that says to deposit the keys in a mailbox.  The post office sends the keys to the address on that tag.  Ace looks up the rewards # on the keychain tag to get the person's mailing address.  Ace mails the key to that address.

1) What would people pay for this service for their keys, per year (or lifetime).
2) Would businesses, such as airlines or rental car companies or car repair shops or credit card companies, pay for this service for their customers?
