Scan Websites For Price Match Guarantee

For websites of online retailers with price match guarantees, allow user to enter:
  • product (TV model, flights) and price
  • how long to compare for cheaper
 Search online for the same product at a cheaper price.  Email user if cheaper price is found.

This is not just a PriceGrabber site.

Revenue potential is minimal.  Display some ads.  Possibly set up a yearly subscription with frequent fliers.

How about using a smart phone to do the same thing, without actually printing the list? When discarding a package from the refrigerator, the phone can even take a picture of the bar code to determine the brand and size.
