Mountain Kettle Corn

From Grant Farms CSA mailing:
Kale-Dusted Popcorn
You can also make the chips with the intention to grind them up for popcorn. You will want to use less oil, about half, so they grind without the "powder" clumping. You can grind a handful of chips (about half) with a mortar and pestle and sprinkled it over popcorn. You can season the popcorn with salt first if you like. Another option would be to add Parmesan cheese and dusted kale, to create a Parmesan and dusted-kale Popcorn treat.

Maybe these others can be modified for popcorn:
Kale Chips w/ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 bunch organic kale, torn into 1/2 inch pieces
3 tbs organic olive oil
1 tbs organic apple cider vinegar
2 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 400° F. Whisk oil and vinegar and toss kale in the dressing until thoroughly coated. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place kale on sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 minutes or so, until crispy.

Lemon Kale Chips
1 bunch kale (prepared and washed)
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop kale into 1/2 inch pieces and place the kale in a large bowl. With your hands massage oil, lemon juice and salt into kale. Place kale on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until kale is dark green and crispy. Cool and serve.

Spicy Kale Chips
2 bunches of kale
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/6 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbs olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash and dry the kale. Remove leaves from stems and rip into chip-sized pieces. Place kale in large bowl. Drizzle about 2 tbs of olive oil on the kale and evenly massage onto leaves. Slowly add salt and paprika and pepper (or your choice of seasonings) to kale while tossing in bowl. Do not add the sugar yet. Spread kale evenly on very lightly coated baking sheet or on parchment paper on baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes. Flip after 5 minutes. Keep your eye on them to make sure they don't overcook or burn (they can easily). Remove when done and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with sugar while still hot.
