Email Account Keep Alive

Make a web site that allows anyone to enter: url, usernmae, password, interval. The web site will then log on to that url at the specified interval. The use will be for people to keep alive (by logging in monthly) their throw-away email accounts to avoid account removal.
People may not want to store their password with the web site. For throw-away accounts, this shouldn't much matter.
