Like Kickstarter, with a couple funding options:

1. Allow buying of future use gift certificates at deep discount.
2. Buy into pool of lightly regulated stock shares (less than 100 investors?  depends on state?)

To make it interesting, allow these funding options to be refer-a-friend (MLM type).
