Credit Unions provide financial services for a limited local membership group. Their growth prospects are typically limited to a restrictive membership group. They are member-owned, and may have lower salary structures.
For their membership group, allow a CU office send targeted Groupon-like ads to businesses in their membership group. Could also serve businesses outside the membership group, at a higher price.
CU offices typically don't have an IT staff. PC and firewall support is often outsourced. Though it is little different from a small office, for marketing target a service to CUs.
For board of directors, provide an automated board packet generation service. Include meeting minute template.
Provide system & process for generating business plan, targets, and for tracking execution with a scorecard. Include in reviews of senior management for possible automatic generation based on variables (overall interest rate spread, charge-offs, etc).
