Interstate Trucking Data

There is a market for crop data.  Done by fly-overs.
There is a market for electricity data.  Done by monitors on land near huge power lines.
Railroad industry publishes data.
Is there a market for truck data?  If so, set up cameras to read truck name + plates + truck ID + weight reading at interstate point of entry scales.  Could possibly do the same at turnpike scales.
